Seeking a partner to join a busy, cross-practice industry group focused on technology, media & entertainment and transportation. The role combines client-facing work, deal and regulatory experience, and team leadership across matters involving technology, manufacturing, telecommunications and transportation clients.

The practice is open to candidates nationwide and will consider partners with a portable practice aligned with the firm s industry groups. The successful candidate will originate and grow business, lead client engagements, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team model.

Established partner with a proven record in technology, media, telecommunications or transportation matters.
Portable book of business and demonstrated business development / client origination skills.
Experience leading teams and managing significant client matters; strong commercial judgment.
Active U.S. bar admission(s) and ability to work from the Austin office.
