Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Technology, Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice in the firm's Stuttgart office. The role combines high-end advisory work with active client development across technology, software, media and related IP matters.

You will lead teams on complex mandates, advise both domestic and international clients, and help shape the commercial development of the practice. The team is looking for an entrepreneurial partner able to win and manage matters and support cross-practice collaboration.

A portable practice is welcome; candidates with an existing book of business or demonstrable business-generation capability are encouraged to apply.

Admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent qualification) with substantial experience in TMT and IP matters.
Proven track record of leading client engagements and supervising teams.
Strong commercial awareness and demonstrable business development skills; portability of client relationships an advantage.
Fluent German and strong English; excellent written and oral communication skills.
