Senior partner role within a technology and media practice group based in Sacramento. The role will lead complex technology, media and telecommunications matters, advising clients on commercial technology transactions, licensing, and related commercial agreements.

This is a client-facing position focused on originating and expanding relationships, managing deal teams, and delivering high-quality transactional work across technology and media sectors. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of business development are welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in technology, media and telecommunications transactions.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Track record of leading deal teams and supervising associates on complex matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to secure admission.
