Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) practice in Dallas. The role offers a partner-level platform to advise clients on technology, media and telecommunications matters across transactional, commercial and regulatory workstreams.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, working closely with national teams and contributing to business development and practice growth in the region. A portable practice and demonstrable client origination ability are welcome and will be a key part of consideration.

Established partner with significant experience advising technology, media and telecom clients.
Track record of client development and ability to bring/expand a portable practice.
Experience across commercial, licensing, regulatory and transactional matters in the TMT space.
Strong leadership, teamwork and mentoring skills; comfortable working with national practice teams.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
