Seeking a partner to lead and grow a technology-focused regulatory practice in our Las Vegas office. The role centers on counseling clients across telecommunications, satellite, wireless and broadband sectors on regulatory strategy, compliance and government contracting matters.

The successful candidate will handle regulatory advocacy, engage with federal and state agencies, and work on commercial and public‑sector transactions where regulatory clearance and contract compliance are key. This position includes business development responsibilities and internal leadership for a growing team.

Partner-level experience with a primary focus on telecommunications, communications, or technology regulatory work.
Proven experience with government contracts and regulatory advocacy before federal and state agencies.
Track record of originating and growing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development success preferred.
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills and experience supervising junior lawyers and cross‑functional teams.
