Seeking a partner to lead and expand a technology-focused regulatory practice in Philadelphia. The role centers on advising clients in telecommunications, wireless and broadband sectors on regulatory strategy, government contracts and communications compliance.

The successful candidate will join a busy team handling complex regulatory matters before federal and state agencies and supporting clients on transactional and compliance issues. This role is suited to an experienced partner with a portable practice and demonstrable business-development capability in the communications or government-contracts space.

Proven partner-level experience advising telecom, wireless, broadband or communications clients on regulatory and government-contracts matters
Track record of business development and a portable book of business or demonstrable client relationships
Deep familiarity with federal/state communications regulators and administrative processes
Excellent drafting and advisory skills on compliance, licensing and transactional issues
JD, admission to practice and relevant industry experience
