Senior partner hire to join a large, global law firm’s Philadelphia office. The role will focus on leading and growing corporate transactional and litigation practices, with particular emphasis on M&A (including private equity), capital markets, technology transactions and IP litigation.

The team seeks a partner who can originate and develop client relationships across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. The firm prefers group hires but will consider established individual partners with a portable practice and demonstrable book of business.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or PE transactions and related litigation or IP matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy desirable.
Proven ability to lead teams, develop business and integrate into a full-service practice group.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
