Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a technology-focused regulatory practice in the Phoenix office. The role will counsel clients on telecommunications, wireless and broadband regulatory matters, and handle government contracts and related compliance issues.

The partner will join a multidisciplinary team advising on regulatory strategy, licensing, administrative proceedings and interactions with federal and state agencies. The role requires business development and the ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in telecommunications, wireless or broadband regulatory work
Strong background in government contracts, administrative law and regulatory compliance
Proven business development skills; portable client relationships preferred
Bar admission and experience supervising teams and developing junior attorneys
