Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a technology regulatory practice in Salt Lake City, with a focus on telecommunications, wireless, satellite and broadband matters. The role will handle regulatory strategy, government contracts issues and related compliance matters for corporate and public-sector clients.

The successful candidate will join a well-regarded national practice and will work closely with cross-practice teams on regulatory advocacy, licensing, and compliance engagements. The firm welcomes candidates with an established client base and demonstrable ability to originate and grow work.

Established partner-level experience in telecommunications/regulatory, communications law, or government contracts.
Proven track record of advising on licensing, FCC/state regulatory matters, spectrum, broadband and related compliance issues.
Business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Active bar admission and ability to work with federal and state regulators; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
