Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a telecommunications and technology regulatory practice in the firm’s Minneapolis office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and government-facing work involving wireless, broadband and related communications infrastructure, with frequent interaction on government contracts and public-sector considerations.

The partner will manage and expand client relationships, advise on compliance and regulatory strategy across technology and media matters, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on transactional and public‑policy issues. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice or established client base in the sector.

Established partner track record with significant experience in telecommunications/communications regulation, wireless or broadband matters.
Experience advising on government contracts, regulatory compliance, and interactions with federal or state agencies.
Proven client development skills and experience leading teams; openness to bringing or growing a portable practice.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent); strong writing and advocacy skills.
