This is a senior leadership role for a lawyer with an established portable practice and strong client relationships. The team operates with flexible location arrangements and evaluates candidates holistically.

Established partner or counsel with a demonstrable technology/media transactional practice
Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; portable client relationships preferred
Experienced in technology transactions, licensing, and telecom/media commercial agreements
Strong business development, team leadership, and mentoring experience
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdictions
