Senior partner role to lead and grow a technology and media practice in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on advising technology, media and telecommunications clients on commercial agreements, licensing, and related transactional work.

The practice will be supported by a national platform; the successful candidate will have responsibility for originating and managing client relationships and for developing local business. The team works across product, software, media and telecom matters.

Established partner with a proven track record in technology transactions and media/telecom matters.
Demonstrated business development ability and a portable practice or client relationships.
Strong transactional drafting and deal-management skills; able to lead teams and supervise associates.
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
