Senior partner hire to lead and grow a technology and media transactions practice from the firm's San Diego office. The role focuses on complex commercial, licensing and technology-related deal work across technology, media and telecommunications clients.

The team seeks an experienced partner who will originate work, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be considered in assessing fit.

Established partner-level experience advising on technology, media and telecommunications transactions.
Proven origination and client-development abilities; portable client relationships a plus.
Strong record of leading deals and supervising associates.
Active bar admission and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
