Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver office to lead and grow matters at the intersection of technology, media and transportation. The role will advise corporate and commercial clients on transactional, regulatory and commercial issues within these industry sectors.

The team works on cross-disciplinary matters and collaborates with national industry groups; this is a visible role with business-development and client-management responsibilities. Candidates may be located elsewhere in the United States — the firm is open to national candidates.

Established partner with a proven track record in technology, media/entertainment or transportation matters
Demonstrable client relationships and a portable practice welcomed
Strong commercial, transactional and industry-focused experience
Active bar admission and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions
