Growing litigation team in Houston seeks a junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to handle a broad range of contested intellectual property matters. The team represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent disputes, including cases involving technology, telecom, software/hardware and other commercial products.

Work will include discovery management, claim construction briefing, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation. The group has deep technical bench strength and regularly works with engineers and scientific experts to litigate technology-driven matters.

Junior to mid-level associate with hands-on patent litigation experience
Comfort working on complex technical matters; advanced degree in engineering or science is a plus
Experience with discovery, claim construction, briefing, depositions and trial preparation
Strong legal writing, research, and client-facing communication skills; able to work collaboratively on team-driven matters
