Litigation Associate — Houston

Seeking a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a leading complex litigation and financial services team in Houston. The role offers exposure to high-stakes commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, arbitration, and mass-tort matters across federal and state courts.

You'll work on matters for institutional and corporate clients across the energy, financial services, and technology sectors, collaborating with senior lawyers to develop case strategy, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience at a major law firm
• Prior trial or significant courtroom experience and interest in trying cases
• Strong academic credentials and membership in the Texas bar
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
