Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a junior Business Litigation Associate to join its Houston, Texas office. The firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country, including some of the most significant cases in Texas.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience as a practicing litigator in complex business disputes, with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant courtroom experience. Admission to the Texas bar or eligibility for immediate admission is required. Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and client interaction, are essential. Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

2-3 years of experience as a practicing litigator in complex business disputes
