Proven legal writing and oral-advocacy skills; experience drafting pleadings, motions (including expedited relief), and managing discovery
Experience taking/defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and participating in hearings; trial-preparation experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, a professional work ethic, and ability to work directly with senior lawyers and clients
