Litigation Staff Attorney – Products & Mass Tort – Houston

An established law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join its Products and Mass Tort Litigation practice group in Houston as a non-partnership-track staff attorney.

The role focuses on managing mass tort and/or toxic tort dockets, with responsibility for cases in both state and federal Texas courts. The position offers benefits eligibility and a billable-hour expectation of approximately 1,500 hours.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a litigator with at least five years of experience to handle complex product liability and tort matters within a dedicated team.

• At least 5 years of litigation experience
• Focus on handling mass tort and/or toxic tort dockets
• Experience practicing in both state and federal Texas courts
• Active Texas bar membership required
