A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-senior level Patent Litigation Associate to join its global IP litigation team. The role is open across multiple offices and will involve handling complex patent disputes and related proceedings for sophisticated domestic and multinational clients.

Successful candidates will work on all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, claim construction, motion practice, trial preparation and appeals. You will collaborate with cross-border teams, co-ordinate with technical experts, and play a substantive role in case strategy and client advice.

Established patent litigation experience at associate or senior associate level
Strong written and oral advocacy and experience managing litigation tasks and workflows
Technical background in engineering, computer science, life sciences or equivalent relevant experience
Admission or ability to be admitted to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
Experience working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional patent matters
