Patent Litigation Counsel — Intellectual Property

We are seeking an experienced patent litigation counsel to join a US-wide Intellectual Property practice with opportunities across multiple offices. The team handles contested patent matters and counsels clients on strategies to protect, enforce, and monetize patent assets.

The role offers lead responsibility on significant, career-enhancing matters, collaborative work across a diverse IP group, and visibility with sophisticated clients and technology-driven matters. Offices with current openings include Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and New York City.

The position includes a competitive salary range (varies by location) and standard benefits; additional contingent compensation may be available based on performance and other factors.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Substantial experience in patent litigation (district court and/or ITC preferred)
• Strong briefing, motion practice, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively on cross-office matters
• Technical background or familiarity with complex technologies desirable
