Patent Litigation Judicial Clerk — Intellectual Property

Seeking associates completing a federal district, appellate, or state supreme court clerkship who will be available to start in fall 2026 to join a high-technology patent litigation team. You will work across matters representing a range of clients from early-stage companies to large global corporations and will be integrated into litigation teams handling strategy, counseling, and cross-practice coordination.

The role offers openings across multiple U.S. offices; candidates should be prepared to sit in one of several technology-focused locations. The team values technical fluency and a collaborative approach to client service.

• Currently serving in a federal district, appellate, or state supreme court clerkship; available to start in fall 2026
• Strong academic record and excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Technical background preferred (life sciences, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, applied math, or comparable experience)
• Ability to work collaboratively on high‑stakes patent litigation matters across teams and offices
