Join a large, internationally connected law firm practice in London, working within a busy pensions team. The role offers significant client contact, strong supervisory support and structured training to help you develop as a pensions lawyer.

The team advises trustees, sponsoring employers and public-sector pension funds across a mix of ongoing and end-game matters, including DB buy-ins/outs, DC bulk transfers and master trust/CDC work. You will collaborate across pensions, tax, investment and employment colleagues on technically demanding, commercially significant matters.

This is a hands-on role for an early-career lawyer who wants exposure to a broad range of pensions work, practical responsibility on instructions, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment.

NQ - 2 years PQE in pensions law (or equivalent experience)
Solid grounding in core pensions concepts; familiarity with pensions governance, investments and buy-in/out processes preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills
Good client-facing and teamwork abilities; motivated to develop in a specialist pensions practice
