An opportunity for an Associate (2-5 PQE preferred) to join a national pensions group within a People, Reward and Mobility team based in London. The role is hybrid and offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious pension work, including regulatory, trustee and transactional matters.

You will support a varied client base — corporates, trustees, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and public bodies — on issues such as benefit changes, deficit management, de-risking, mergers and wind-ups. The role includes regular involvement on the pensions elements of cross-border corporate work.

This is a development-focused role where you will build client relationships, contribute to business development and work alongside senior lawyers on high-quality advice and execution.

Qualified solicitor with c.2-5 years PQE (candidates outside this range may be considered)
Solid academic background and strong legal research and drafting skills
Knowledge of pensions and employee benefits matters and familiarity with corporate transactions
Experience working with international clients and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, prioritisation and client-service skills
