Our client, a national law firm with multiple U.S. locations, seeks a Senior Counsel with at least five years of experience to focus on personal injury defense, particularly transportation claims and motor vehicle accidents. This is a non-partnership-track role offering the flexibility of working from a California office or virtually.

Responsibilities include managing civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong California state court experience, excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while handling multiple projects.
