Completion of a federal or state judicial clerkship and availability to join after clerkship term
At least 2 years' patent litigation experience
Strong technical background (e.g., EE, CS, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or advanced life-science degree)
Active state bar membership and compliance with CLE requirements
Superior legal writing, analytical skills, and strong academic credentials
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on team-based litigation matters
