National law firm seeking a Practice Group Attorney to join its Labor & Employment team in the Phoenix office. This is a litigation-focused role supporting employment-related cases, including class actions and restrictive-covenant/trade-secret matters. The position is not on a shareholder/partner track.

The role offers increased flexibility within a large-firm platform, including a reduced billable-hour expectation (as low as 1,200 hours per year) and enhanced remote-work options. The successful candidate will take on substantive responsibility with a reduced caseload compared with typical firm litigation roles.

Applicants should be prepared to develop practical knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA) and to handle day-to-day litigation tasks. Membership in the Arizona bar or willingness to obtain it promptly is required.

J.D. and admission to the Arizona State Bar, or willingness to become admitted quickly
Prior litigation experience required; employment litigation experience is a plus
Strong drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills; attention to detail
Comfort taking ownership of matters and managing day-to-day case responsibilities
