Seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to help attorneys integrate artificial intelligence and other emerging legal technologies into daily practice. This hybrid role, based in Austin, will combine solution development, user enablement, and hands-on support to drive measurable productivity and client-value improvements.

The role partners with practice groups and cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI workflows and tooling, lead training and adoption programs, operate an "AI as a Service" help function, and curate best practices and resources. The position will also monitor new technologies, support pilot programs, and contribute to firm-wide innovation initiatives across time zones as needed.

  • JD degree required; active bar admission preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a legal environment as an attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist.
  • Demonstrated fluency with legal technology, AI/GenAI/LLMs, and automation tools; experience developing or implementing technology solutions for legal teams.
  • Strong training, communication, and facilitation skills; experience driving user adoption.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
