Top-tier transactional team seeking an associate to join a market-leading Technology & IP Transactions practice in Austin. The role offers exposure to a broad range of tech- and IP-intensive matters for public and private clients across industries such as software/AI, life sciences, energy, and media.

Associates will work on domestic and cross-border transactions including M&A, financing, joint ventures, licensing (patent, trademark, copyright, data), software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D and collaboration agreements, and related commercial contracts. A technical degree is not required.

3–6 years post-qualification transactional experience with significant technology and/or IP content
Demonstrated experience on M&A, commercial technology agreements, licensing, or related transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills for complex, cross-border deals
J.D. (or equivalent) and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the hiring jurisdiction
