Join a market-leading technology-focused practice advising corporate clients on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity issues tied to transactional work. You will counsel on matters across the deal lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and commercial technology transactions.

The role involves working with teams serving companies in software, cloud, AI/ML, fintech and other technology-intensive industries. The group handles counseling on regulatory, contractual, and cross-border data protection challenges as part of commercial and strategic transactions.

4–7 years post-qualification transactional experience (M&A, capital markets, technology transactions) with substantial privacy/data protection or cybersecurity exposure
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic record
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Experience advising technology companies and familiarity with regulatory enforcement and policy issues preferred
CIPP or equivalent privacy certification a plus
