We are seeking junior to mid-level associates to join a market-leading Emerging Growth & Venture Capital group in its Austin office. Associates in this group primarily support emerging growth companies and the institutional investors that back them, handling a mix of venture capital financings, M&A, and day-to-day corporate matters.

This is an in-office position based in Austin; remote candidates will not be considered. The role offers meaningful work and the opportunity to grow your career at a collaborative, supportive firm.

2–7 years of emerging growth and/or venture capital experience
Direct and applicable experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school (JD)
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to waive in without sitting for the Texas bar
Excellent written and verbal communication, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and business judgment
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
