Seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to join a major U.S. office in Silicon Valley to help attorneys integrate AI and other emerging technologies into legal workflows. The role combines solution design, piloting, and hands-on support to increase efficiency and improve client outcomes.

You will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to identify high‑value use cases, build customized AI workflows and playbooks, lead training and adoption initiatives, and serve as a primary contact for an internal “AI as a Service” program. The position involves both strategic innovation work and responsive user support, with occasional collaboration across time zones.

JD degree required.
Approximately 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a legal environment.
Practical fluency with AI/GenAI, LLMs, automation tools, and advanced legal research platforms.
Experience designing or implementing technology solutions, plus strong training, communication, and user‑support skills.
