Mid-Level Associate, Technology Companies — Silicon Valley

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a Technology Companies group in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on representing technology company clients across corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and public and private offerings.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in deal teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across practice areas.

• Mid-level associate with relevant law firm experience in technology transactions
• Experience with early- and late-stage venture financings, M&A, and private/public offerings
• Proven ability to manage substantial components of transactions independently and work in teams
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written/verbal communication skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
