Technology Companies Associate (Mid-Level) — Silicon Valley

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Technology Companies group in Silicon Valley. This is a broad corporate and transactional role with significant client responsibility.

The successful candidate will work as part of collaborative teams while managing substantial components of transactions independently. The practice advises technology companies across a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

You will gain exposure to early and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings, working in a collegial and entrepreneurial environment.

• Mid-level associate with comparable law firm experience
• Specific experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters
• Experience with early and late-stage venture financings
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Experience with private and public offerings
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams and manage substantial transaction components independently
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
• Deal sheet required
