Senior M&A Associate, Technology — Silicon Valley

Leading technology transactions team seeks a Senior M&A Associate to join its Silicon Valley office. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions for technology companies across early- and late-stage profiles, working with growth-stage companies and venture capital investors.

The ideal candidate will have substantial transactional experience, be able to lead discrete deal components independently, and collaborate effectively within deal teams. Strong commercial judgment, client-management skills and excellent written and verbal communication are required. Relevant bar admission (or prompt eligibility) is required.

• Significant M&A experience advising technology companies, including both early- and late-stage transactions
• Experience working with venture capital investors and/or emerging-growth clients
• Proven ability to manage deal components and supervise or work within transaction teams
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing communication skills
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
