Technology Capital Markets Associate — Silicon Valley

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join a leading Technology Practice, with a focus on capital markets work. The role centers on public company matters and registered equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.

The position involves close collaboration with colleagues across practices and offices in a collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial atmosphere. Prior experience focused on life sciences or technology is not required.

• Mid-level associate with capital markets experience
• Experience with public company work and registered equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings
• Familiarity with the underwriting process, including comfort letters, opinions, and other components of the offering process
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
