Seeking a mid-level associate to join a technology-focused capital markets team in Silicon Valley. The role centers on public company work and registered equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.

Successful candidates will work on the full offering process — underwriting mechanics, comfort letters, customary opinions and related documentation — across technology-sector issuers. The team collaborates closely across practices and offers exposure to high-profile public transactions.

• Experience on public company matters and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-ons)
• Familiarity with underwriting process, comfort letters, legal opinions and offering mechanics
• Strong academic credentials and prior firm transactional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
