A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Technology Transactions Practice Group. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, including locations in California and Washington.

The practice handles a broad range of IT, IP, and technology transactions for prominent technology, healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, financial services, and entertainment companies, as well as non-profit organizations.

Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and analyzing a variety of IT, IP, and commercial agreements, such as R&D, SaaS, procurement, and consulting agreements.

Minimum of one year of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on intellectual property and technology transactions
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, creatively, and as part of a team
Currently licensed to practice law, or eligible to become licensed, in the applicable jurisdiction
Preferred: AI or life sciences sector experience and some privacy and data security experience
Preferred: an undergraduate or advanced degree, or relevant work experience, in IT, computer science, electrical engineering, life sciences, or another technology-related field
