Apply in confidence →A leading US law firm is seeking Practice Innovation Attorneys to join its US innovation team. The role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence and other legal technologies into daily practice, piloting and operationalizing tools, and providing hands-on technical support through an internal "AI as a Service" program.
The position involves collaborating with practice groups and business teams to design AI-driven workflows and playbooks, delivering training and user enablement, curating best-practice resources, and using usage data to drive adoption and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role based in a US office and may require occasional flexibility to support cross-office initiatives.
- JD degree required.
- Approximately 2 years' experience as a practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a legal environment.
- Demonstrable fluency with AI/GenAI, LLMs, automation platforms, and advanced legal research tools.
- Experience designing or implementing technology solutions and delivering training to legal teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Preferred: advanced degree in informatics, library science, computer science, data/information systems, engineering, or related field.
