You'll work on IP- and technology-driven matters supporting product strategy, commercialization and corporate transactions, including M&A and venture financings, and will have exposure to technologies such as AI, fintech, autonomous vehicles, cybersecurity, biotech and digital health.

The team emphasizes mentorship, formal training and integration into client-facing matters in a fast-paced, collegial environment.

2–4 years of legal experience in IP and technology transactions
J.D. required and admission to the state bar of the office where the candidate will be located
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating collaboration, licensing and commercial agreements
Strong research, analytical, drafting and communication skills; interest in work for emerging companies/VC clients and technology-related M&A/financing matters
