Role Overview: Our client, a national law firm, is seeking experienced healthcare litigation attorneys to join their Atlanta team. This role offers flexibility, including hybrid and full-time arrangements, and provides opportunities for client-facing work and courtroom experience.

Handle all phases of litigation, including motions practice, depositions, written discovery, and court appearances.
Manage cases with minimal supervision while collaborating as part of a driven team.
Communicate effectively in writing and orally, demonstrating strong research and advocacy skills.

Qualifications: At least 3 years of litigation experience (healthcare background preferred), strong academic credentials, and admission to practice in Georgia. Trial experience is a plus.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for healthcare-related matters.
Proven ability to brief and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and lead written discovery.
Strong legal research, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
Trial experience preferred but not required.
