Mid-level associate opportunity in a national health care and life sciences practice based in Atlanta. The role focuses on regulatory and transactional matters across the health system, life sciences and digital health sectors.

Work will include advising on regulatory compliance, commercial transactions and cross-border matters for a mix of large health systems, life sciences companies, emerging health-tech businesses and private equity-backed clients. The team operates collaboratively on matters that span regulatory, corporate and commercial disciplines.

• 3-5 years PQE at a large law firm handling health care or life sciences matters
• Experience on both regulatory and transactional work in the HCLS sector
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment on complex matters
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing and communication skills
