We have an immediate opening for a Section 337 Litigation Associate with preferably three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Candidates will be considered for any of our offices, including our virtual office.
The ideal candidate will have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases and be familiar with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. Knowledge of IP law is required, though a technical background is not. The role involves working primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
We seek candidates with excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure. Exceptional judgment, the ability to manage multiple projects, and clear articulation of legal strategies are essential. Candidates should hold an active bar license in the state corresponding to the office they are applying for, or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
