Our Trademark, Copyright & Media Group seeks a junior associate or non-partnership track attorney with at least two years of law firm experience to join one of our California offices. The practice focuses on trademark and copyright litigation and counseling for clients across industries.

In this role, you will counsel clients on the development, protection, commercialization, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and support a high-volume, fast-paced practice. The ideal candidate is collaborative, client-focused, and able to manage multiple matters and relationships simultaneously.

Requirements:

JD degree and licensed to practice in the state where officed
At least two (2) years of trademark and copyright counseling and litigation experience
Experience with trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management
Knowledge of trademark and copyright ownership, licensing, and fair use issues
Experience handling intellectual property provisions in commercial and corporate transactions
Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
