The role combines solution design, user enablement, and technical support: you will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases, build tailored AI workflows and playbooks, lead training to drive adoption, and serve as a primary point of contact for users.
This is a hybrid, client-facing internal role that requires collaboration across groups, contribution to global initiatives as needed, and occasional flexibility for work outside standard U.S. hours.

- Minimum ~2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience as a practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a legal environment.
- Demonstrated fluency with legal technology and AI (including generative AI/large language models) and experience translating capabilities into practical use cases.
- Experience developing or implementing technology solutions that improve legal-team efficiency.
- Strong communication, training and user-adoption skills; collaborative, service-oriented approach; ability to manage multiple priorities and use data to inform decisions.
