Seeking an experienced Practice Support Lawyer embedded in a national M&A practice to drive knowledge management, practice innovation, and AI adoption. This is a high-impact, non-billable role focused on improving the quality, consistency, and efficiency of M&A work across the group.

The role will develop and maintain precedent libraries and standard documents, lead AI strategy and pilot programs for deal workflows, produce practical guidance and training, and partner with professional development and business teams on career frameworks and client-facing programming. The position is open on a hybrid or fully remote basis.

J.D. required
Minimum 5 years of M&A-focused corporate practice experience (law firm or in‑house)
Strong substantive knowledge of M&A transactions, deal documentation, and deal workflows
Experience or strong interest in legal innovation, AI tools, knowledge management, and training
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to build trusted relationships across seniority levels
