The team advises on high-value energy, infrastructure and built-environment projects, handling complex contentious matters from dispute avoidance through adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
The post-holder will lead their own matters, manage small teams, and work with national and international colleagues across projects and product groups. There is a clear expectation to contribute to business development and the strategic direction of the construction practice.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with c.6 years' post-qualification experience
- Significant contentious construction and engineering disputes experience (adjudication, arbitration, litigation)
- Strong technical contract interpretation skills and ability to devise practical dispute-avoidance and resolution strategies
- Experience managing matters and supervising more junior lawyers; commercial client-facing skills
