As a Principal Associate or Legal Director, you will lead on complex contentious matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, investment and development disputes, and a wide range of specialist property litigation. You will be trusted to provide commercially focused advice that shapes real estate portfolios across the country, while also playing a key role in business development, mentoring junior lawyers, and driving thought leadership initiatives.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent with substantial experience in real estate litigation, including landlord and tenant matters and property disputes.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value cases independently, with strong commercial awareness.
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business development.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with a commitment to developing junior talent.
Excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills.
