Mid‑level to senior associate role (4–7 years) to join a Chambers‑ranked Privacy Class Action Defense team. The opening is nationwide across the firm's U.S. offices and focuses on defending privacy and security class actions for clients in technology, media and retail.

The team handles all stages of complex pre‑trial litigation, advising on strategy and interacting closely with in‑house teams and outside experts. The group emphasizes collaborative problem solving, strong client service, and mentorship.

4–7 years of litigation experience, with significant pre‑trial experience (briefing, discovery, document production, depositions)
Experience or strong interest in class action litigation and privacy‑based claims
Familiarity with privacy statutes and claims (e.g. CIPA, VPPA, TCPA, BIPA, privacy‑based UCL or similar)
Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a client‑service orientation
Comfort analyzing statutes/regulations and contributing to litigation strategy; superior academic credentials (clerkship a plus)
