Apply in confidence →Senior associate role supporting a Trust & Estate Planning practice, focused on transactions involving the transfer and acquisition of real and personal property in connection with estate planning. You will handle real estate document review, title and survey matters, and draft documents for tax-efficient structuring and related tax implications.
The position also provides transactional support to other real estate and land use clients, including local counsel review and opinion work, and general support to the Private Client Services group. This is an hourly, non-partnership track role with flexible work arrangements and a collegial team environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in acquisition and disposition of real property and related transactional work
- Experience reviewing title and survey matters and preparing formation/authority documents
- Familiarity with real property held in trusts or investment vehicles preferred
- Admission to practice in Washington required; strong written and oral communication skills
