Seeking a 4th–6th year associate to join a busy private companies team advising early-stage and growth-stage companies and their investors. The role focuses on venture-backed clients across the company lifecycle, including financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will work on a mix of transactional matters, help build and run portions of a practice, and contribute to the firm’s private companies platform through client work and thought leadership.

4–6 years post-qualification experience (substantial experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies)
Demonstrated experience counseling venture-backed companies on financings and other corporate matters
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record and excellent drafting and transactional skills
