Established partner with a strong track record in private credit, fund finance and special situations (funds, restructurings or related finance work).
Demonstrable ability to bring or develop a portable practice and to generate client work.
Experience working on cross-border transactions and coordinating with international teams.
Excellent drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; admitted or able to qualify in a relevant jurisdiction.
